Jean Leprince

Jean Leprince is a spanking artist who illustrated the first edition of the French spanking novel Lise fessée by Pierre Dumarchey (it could be that the writer also illustrated this book) in 1910.

This seems the only work known by the artist, it is mentioned that Jean Leprince was a pseudonym from Jean MacOrlan (Pierre Dumarchey) but it is also mentioned this could have been Lewis Bald working under a different name. Last but not least, it is possible that the name refers to the famous French engraver of the rococo period, Jean-Baptiste Le Prince.
