Kurt Faber was a little-known German artist active around 1929–1932, best known for his erotic photomontages and illustrations featuring flagellantism and corporal punishment. His work appeared in Ernst Schertel’s series Der Flagellantismus als literarisches Motiv. Characterized by dramatic, often surreal black-and-white compositions, his pieces are iconic examples of late Weimar-era fetish art.
