There is no info to be found about this artist other then he was illustrator for El Otro, written by Eduardo Zamacois. The book was published around 1930. It is also available as part of a download with other books illustrated by unknown artists.

There is one thing I was wondering, could this artist perhaps be Jean de Bosschere? So far I have found nothing to prove this theory and I might be completely wrong about it.
