This site unveils a remarkable collection of vintage fetish and BDSM art, a tribute to the daring works of artists from bygone eras. Launched online in 2004, my purpose is to illuminate the lives and legacies of forgotten creators within this genre. Their provocative pieces often faced censorship, with some artists even enduring imprisonment for their bold expressions. My aim is to preserve their stories and share the rich history behind their art. Step inside and discover.
I’ve been called a perfectionist, and perhaps there’s truth to that—I’m not content with merely a handful of images. My vision is to offer a wealth of art and insight, a pursuit that drives me to scour the internet tirelessly. I meticulously compare findings, archive images, and relentlessly seek higher-quality versions. My commitment knows few bounds. When I stumble upon an album already in my collection but in sharper detail, I don’t hesitate—I rebuild it from scratch, hunting for larger, crisper visuals. Some albums have taken shape over more than three years, beginning with just a single piece or two from an artist—too sparse to share at first. Undeterred, I dig deeper, determined to unearth more. Only when I’ve gathered enough artwork and context do I craft an artist’s page, ready to unveil online for all to explore.
Countless artworks in this collection lack artist attribution, so I’ve gathered a rich assortment from these enigmatic creators. Alongside them, I’ve curated a selection of illustrated books—works where details about the title, author, and even publisher are known, yet the illustrator remains a mystery. Back in their time, fetish artists tread a perilous path, often cloaking themselves in one or more pseudonyms to evade legal repercussions. It’s a choice I can hardly fault, though it turns my task into a formidable puzzle. I’m no historian—just a devoted admirer of vintage BDSM art, eager to unearth and share these hidden gems with kindred spirits. There are over 14.000 vintage bdsm artworks presented at this site, most of them are rare artworks. On every page I mention the amount of artworks presented in the album(s).
