The illustrations from Hans Braun appeared in a special from Phoenix magazine. Hans Braun was described as a civil engineer from Munich in Germany, it was mentioned he went to a school where corporal punishment was an established part of the curriculum and later learned to draw in a rudimentary way at the college of engineering. Besides the publications in Phoenix magazine I never found more art from, or information about, this artist. Phoenix magazine ran  between 1980 and 1991. 

The artworks are a mix from spanking art, mainly F/f and a little M/f, a few single bondage artworks and some artworks showing females bound to get spanked.
