Ernst Gerhard was born in Landau in south-west Germany. He worked mostly in Munich. He exhibited in the Great Berlin Art Exhibition of 1909 with a dark painting of a group of armed men.

He made erotic and a few bdsm artworks. Due to the rarity of his art I decided to add the erotic albums as well.
