C. Helsey

There is very little known about this artist. C. Helsey illustrated the French spanking novel Les Humiliations de Miss Madge, written by Aimé Van Rod. This book was published in 1912. The cover for this book seems to have been done by M. del Giglio.
There is also a version published in 1923 with art from Gaston Smit.
